At Nivalé, we are committed to delivering your order safely and promptly. This policy describes all stages of the shipping process so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.

Nivalé is an international online eyewear store operated by Eprice Company Ltda (CNPJ: 46.257.488/0001-38), headquartered in R. Mistral, 332, Edif The Point 209A EMX, Despraiado, Cuiabá – MT, 78048-222, Brazil. We ship worldwide through trusted international logistics partners.

1.2 Order Processing Time

After payment is confirmed, your order goes through the following stages before dispatch:

  • Payment verification and fraud-prevention checks
  • Product quality control
  • Packaging and preparation for international shipment
  • Tracking number generation and carrier handoff

This entire process typically takes 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Note: Processing time is not included in the delivery estimates below.

1.3 Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States & Canada: 7 – 15 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7 – 15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10 – 20 business days
  • Rest of the World: 15 – 25 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery may be affected by customs inspections, carrier delays, local holidays, or high-volume periods such as Christmas.

1.4 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if any, are displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. When free shipping promotions are active, they will be applied automatically and shown at checkout. We do not add hidden shipping fees after purchase.

1.5 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking updates may take 3 to 7 business days to appear after the tracking number is issued, depending on the carrier and your region.

1.6 Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are imposed by local authorities and are completely outside our control.

Any customs duties or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or estimate these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

We declare accurate product values on all customs documentation and do not mark packages as 'gifts' or undervalue items to avoid customs fees.

1.7 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Nivalé is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing an order, please contact us at support@nivaleshop.com as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched.

1.8 Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team at support@nivaleshop.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
